     Elizabeth Jane Patterson was born in 1846 in Hancock County, Kentucky, the daughter of Seaton K Patterson and Elizabeth (Stewart) Patterson. She married Alfred T Ellis, son of Hardin Haynes Ellis and Elizabeth Smith Cottrell, on 10 April 1866 in Lewisport, Hancock County, Kentucky.

Elizabeth Jane Patterson died on 22 August 1939 in Owensboro.

Anna (Ellis) Howard died on 9 June 1948 in Lewisport, Hancock County, Kentucky, at age 78 at 12:30 in the afternoon. Her cause of death was myocardial due to shingles. She was buried on 11 June 1948 in Lewisport, Hancock County, Kentucky.

     Mildred L Watkins was born in 1839 in Daviess County, Kentucky, the daughter of John Watkins and Elizabeth (Karn) Watkins. She married Richard William Hazelrigg, son of John Hazelrigg and Cyanah H Cottrell, on 1 February 1858 in Daviess County, Kentucky. According to notes on her Find-A-Grave page Mildred was a descendent of the Boone family through her grandmother Leah Boone. The notealso indicated that her Watkins line is the one that owned Watkins Ferry during the Revolutionary War and tht George Washington, General Braddock and aniel Boone crossed this ferry on the way to the battle of Fort Duquesne.

Mildred L (Watkins) Hazelrigg died on 22 July 1910 in Owensboro, Daviess County, Kentucky, at 12:30 in the afternoon at her home on East Third street. Funeral services were held on 22 July 1910 in Owensboro, Daviess County, Kentucky, at 2:00 in the afternoon at her home with the Rev. C.C. Carroll conducting the service. Pallbearers were Robt. Hehigh, Bernie Davis, and nephews James, Perry, Robert, and Hiram Watkins. Her cause of death was complications of diseases. She was buried on 22 July 1910 in Elmwood-Rose Hill Cemetery, Owensboro, Daviess County, Kentucky.

     Laura A Hazelrigg was born in 1866 in Daviess County, Kentucky. She was the daughter of Richard William Hazelrigg and Mildred L Watkins.

     Eva Lee Karn was born on 15 November 1879. She was the daughter of Jasper Bristow Karn and Sallie L Fuqua. Eva Lee Karn married Henry Hardwick in 1900. Shortly after Henry and Eva's marriage they moved from Paducah, Kentucky where Henry had been stationed as a railroad employee to Memphis, Tennessee where he was transferred by the railroad.

Eva (Karn) Hardwick died on 11 March 1902 in Memphis, Tennessee, at age 22 at 5:00 in the morning in the home of her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Mayes on East Third Street. Funeral services were held on 12 March 1902 in Owensboro, Daviess County, Kentucky, at 2:00 in the afternoon at the home of her father with Rev. P.T. Hate in charge of the service and Paul Johnson, Oscar Cottrell, Gray Haynes, John Kirk, Edward Deane, and A.G. Chapman serving as pallbearers. Eva's remains were transported over the Illinois Central road from Memphis and arrived in Owensboro on 12 March 1902 at 8:10 in the morning and taken to the residence of her father at 214 East Fifth street in Owensboro. She was buried in Elmwood-Rose Hill Cemetery, Owensboro, Daviess County, Kentucky.

     Henry Hardwick married Eva Lee Karn, daughter of Jasper Bristow Karn and Sallie L Fuqua, in 1900. Shortly after Henry and Eva's marriage they moved from Paducah, Kentucky where Henry had been stationed as a railroad employee to Memphis, Tennessee where he was transferred by the railroad.      Ella S Ellis was born in 1873 in Hancock County, Kentucky. She was the daughter of Felix Grundy Ellis and Sallie E Newman.

     Piercie Hazelrigg was born on 11 October 1861 in Daviess County, Kentucky. She was the daughter of Richard William Hazelrigg and Mildred L Watkins. Piercie Hazelrigg married George David Pettit in 1883. Piercie (Hazelrigg) Pettit was widowed with the death of George David Pettit on 22 February 1923 in Owensboro, Daviess County, Kentucky.

Piercie (Hazelrigg) Pettit died on 19 December 1946 in Philpot, Daviess County, Kentucky, at age 85 at 6:00 in the morning. Her cause of death was colon cancer. She was buried on 20 December 1946 in Elmwood-Rose Hill Cemetery, Owensboro, Daviess County, Kentucky.

Peter purchased a 40 acre section of public land, under the provisions of the act of Congress of the 24th of April 1820 entitled “An act making further provision for the sale of the Public Lands” through the Register of the Land Office at Palmyra, Missouri on 13 October 1835. Peter Cottrell married Susan A Stipes on 15 July 1840 at Lewis County, Missouri, by James M Lillard, minister of the gospel.

Peter Cottrell died on 8 October 1855 in Lewis County, Missouri, at age 42. He was buried in Cottrell Cemetery, Lewis County, Missouri.
