Brassfield and Minerva Frances Collop, on 6 April 1931 at Kirksville, Adair County, Missouri; with the ceremony performed by John C. Mills Jr., Probate Judge of Adair County. On 28 March 1955, Ira Boltz underwent surgery for "diabetic gangrene" of the left foot.
